SIP Deployment and Call Center Capability Expansion

This legacy overview documents a period of communications platform expansion led by i-NETT, formerly Voice Smart Networks, during 2011, with a specific focus on SIP-based deployments and call-center-oriented environments.

During this period, all new unified communications deployments transitioned to Session Initiation Protocol architectures. The move reflected a deliberate shift toward IP-based systems designed to support scalability, centralized management, and long-term operational flexibility.

As demand increased, the organization evaluated additional operational capacity to support growing communications projects across Southern California. This expansion aligned with broader internal growth milestones later captured in company history documentation.

A significant portion of new deployments supported call-center-centric business models. Cloud-based reporting capabilities were expanded to improve visibility into automatic call distribution performance and call activity trends. These systems provided operational insight for organizations managing high call volumes and distributed workforces.

Several implementations focused on mobile-enabled access to scheduling and operational information. One deployment supported a transportation organization where drivers accessed schedules and route details through smartphones. These projects reflected execution patterns that later informed standardized service delivery practices.

To support adoption inside call center environments, Voice Smart Networks partnered with Judy McKee to develop an online training program tailored to call center operations. The initiative emphasized enablement and education rather than transactional system delivery.

Industry recognition during this period included performance benchmarks set at the 2011 Technology Assurance Group convention in San Antonio. By year-end, the company ranked as the top producer within TAG for Zultys deployments and placed third nationally.
