Industry Leadership Recognition at TAG Convention

This legacy announcement documents industry leadership recognition involving i-NETT, formerly Voice Smart Networks, during a period of rapid change across unified communications and IT services.

In 2011, Mark Wadnizak, partner and founder of Voice Smart Networks, was invited by Technology Assurance Group to participate in its national industry leadership convention.

The 12th Annual TAG Convention took place in New Orleans from September 9 to 12. The event brought together manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, and service providers operating across unified communications and managed technology services. At the time, TAG represented nearly $350 million in technology products and services.

Wadnizak was invited to share perspectives on the future of unified communications. His participation reflected operational experience gained while supporting organizations adopting cloud-based systems and managing increasing infrastructure complexity.

As networking and communications environments evolved, providers were expected to demonstrate deeper technical expertise, long-term planning, and consistent accountability. The invitation recognized Voice Smart Networks’ disciplined execution during a period of significant industry transition.

This engagement contributed to leadership practices that later shaped i-NETT’s long-term approach to governance, accountability, and managed technology delivery. Additional background on this leadership foundation is documented on the company’s leadership team page.
