Gold Star Foods Selects Voice Smart Networks as Unified Communications Partner

In 2011, Voice Smart Networks was selected by Gold Star Foods as its unified communications systems partner and technical advisor.

Headquartered in Ontario, California, Gold Star Foods serves more than 300 school districts across the Southwest. The organization required a communications environment that supported operational reliability, scalability, and long-term cost control.

Voice Smart Networks was engaged to assess Gold Star’s voice and data requirements and to design a communications system aligned with business performance goals. The engagement included deployment of an IP-based phone system utilizing SIP connectivity and approximately 60 IP telephones.

According to Gold Star Foods’ IT leadership, the system migration was executed without disruption to daily operations.

Voice Smart Networks assumed an advisory role beyond system installation, providing ongoing guidance to ensure the communications platform supported efficiency, service quality, and future growth.

This engagement reflected Voice Smart Networks’ broader focus on structured communications management and accountability, principles that later became core to i-NETT’s cloud and communications services and IT support services.
