Dale Stein Joins Voice Smart Networks as Owner and Partner
In 2011, Dale Stein became an owner and partner of Voice Smart Networks, directing company operations across Southern California.
Stein joined founder Mark Wadnizak, expanding Voice Smart Networks’ presence throughout San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Voice Smart Networks, Stein founded and led INET, growing the company into one of the most successful telecommunications firms in Southern California during the late 1990s. Under his leadership, INET achieved more than $3 million in annual internal sales growth and became the top distributor of Mitel products in North America before being acquired by a public CLEC in 2000.
Stein is also a co-founder and partner of Technology Assurance Group (TAG), an international organization of independently owned technology service providers. Through TAG, Stein contributed to strategic planning and business development initiatives adopted by member companies nationwide.
Following more than a decade working with international interconnect organizations through TAG, Stein returned to direct ownership in the unified communications industry. His focus was to apply disciplined operational practices and modern communications technologies to help organizations control costs and reduce technology risk.
At Voice Smart Networks, Stein supported regional expansion and operational growth, strengthening the company’s ability to deliver cloud and communications solutions alongside structured IT support services.
Voice Smart Networks’ leadership team emphasized predictable costs, modernization, and long-term technology planning for business clients across Southern California. These principles later became part of the foundation for i-NETT’s managed services model.
