Industry Participation at Technology Assurance Group Convention

This legacy announcement documents industry participation by i-NETT, formerly Voice Smart Networks, at a national Technology Assurance Group convention focused on customer experience within managed technology services.

Voice Smart Networks was selected to attend the 18th Annual Technology Assurance Group convention, held in San Diego from April 28 through May 2. TAG is a North American organization representing managed technology services providers responsible for approximately $350 million in products and services.

The convention emphasized customer experience as a defining factor in long-term service delivery. Attendees included executives, researchers, and industry specialists focused on improving how technology providers engage with and support their clients.

During this period, industry discussions centered on aligning technical execution with customer outcomes, operational consistency, and service accountability. Participation reflected Voice Smart Networks’ interest in refining delivery models and learning from peer organizations operating at scale.

Conference sessions featured recognized voices in customer experience and organizational behavior, including Shep Hyken, Jean Twenge, and Jason Young. Topics included customer-centric culture, generational workforce dynamics, and service design principles.

This engagement contributed to leadership development and service philosophy refinement that later informed i-NETT’s documented approach to accountability and long-term client outcomes. Additional context on this evolution is available through the company’s approach to service delivery.
